"Flaming enthusiasm, backed by horse sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success"....Dale Carnegie.

I have no enthusiasm, flaming or otherwise....and I am learning that my persistence needs a little push every once in a while....actually, most of the time. I am among the world's best procrastinators. It hit me one day that this is an excuse and something I am not proud of :-(  This is what I wrote a few days ago....however, I have just experienced a couple of things which have made me realize....I do have enthusiasm about something....the internet and how we act here.  Just this week I have had renewed enthusiasm for encouraging everyone to be themselves online.

The following is taken from Dale Carnegie's Scrapbook....

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race"....Calvin Coolidge.

Aren't those words sooo very beautiful??? Just when I wanted to say enough....all of you are sick of hearing me go on and on about the same thing....my experience on the Internet. I had an online experience which very much reminded me....we are capable of driving each other insane on here!!!  I shared my feelings with my friend, and his sweet encouragement has given me renewed strength to "Press on"....
